Gotenzan Koen Park (五天山公園) is located in the Fukui area, to the west of Sapporo, specifically in Nishi-ku. Driving from Nishino to Bankei, you will see a large park on your right as you pass through the Fukui area. This is Gotenzan Koen Park (五天山公園).
