The site of the Matsumae Clan's Hekiri-jin'ya is about 10 minutes further. It's situated on a slightly elevated hill, so it can be quite dark at night. It's advisable to use GPS navigation to find your way there. Follow the road up towards the mountain, winding and climbing. It might be a bit daunting in the dark, but after a short while, you'll see lights ahead. Follow the guidance of the security personnel and park your car there.
